About this policy.
This policy covers the PulseBots iPhone app, version 1.0, from Reyes & Rivera LLC, and support requests about the app.
PulseBots has no accounts, advertising, purchases within the app, analytics SDKs, or tracking. I do not collect gameplay data or transmit your scores and settings to company servers.
Stored locally.
The app saves your best scores, selected difficulty, sound preferences, motion setting, and haptic preference on your device so they are available the next time you play.
These records stay until the app data is removed. Deleting the app normally removes its local data. Device backups managed by Apple may include app data and may restore it later; you control those backups through your device or Apple account settings.
Information you choose to share.
If you email support, I receive your email address and the information you include. I use it to respond to your request and resolve app issues. Email providers process those messages to deliver and store them.
I keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain necessary business records. You can request deletion by email, subject to records I need to retain.
Opening support or privacy links loads a website outside the offline game. The website’s hosting providers may process standard web request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request times, to serve and secure those pages. Those requests are not linked to your gameplay or local scores.
Questions about privacy.
I do not sell your personal information or use the app to track you across other apps or websites. The app has no third party analytics or advertising partners.
PulseBots does not request children’s personal information. Please avoid sending personal information about children to support.
For a privacy question or a request concerning support correspondence, email PulseBots@reyesandrivera.com.
If these practices change, I will update this policy and its date. Changes to data collection in a future app version will also be reflected in its App Store privacy information.
