Organize receipts, correspondence, proposals, and permit records. Maintain a budget tracker using the figures you provide, together with a clear list of questions and decisions.
Collect official building department links and published permit checklists for your reference. The relevant agency or licensed professional determines what applies to your property.
Contractor information and initial contact
Compile public contact details and CSLB license record links. At your direction, make introductory calls about availability and arrange initial conversations. You handle requests for construction bids and discussions of scope, price, and contract terms directly with the contractor.
Service boundaries
Reyes & Rivera LLC does not hold a CSLB contractor license. This service does not include soliciting, preparing, or overseeing construction bids or negotiating construction contracts; hiring or directing contractors; construction scheduling or supervision; site feasibility assessments; or legal, engineering, or code compliance opinions.
Contractor decisions
You contract with and pay contractors directly. Construction cost estimating and price recommendations are outside this service. Quote comparisons do not provide technical approval or guarantee fair pricing.
Construction progress
I do not inspect or verify construction progress.
